is this love life fair

most of the south africans especially black have rules when it comes to love life. children who are still at school even in tertiary are not allowed to fall in love b4 they finish schooling. some of them end up getting pregnance to show their parents that they are not accepting what they are saying. is this life fair?is loving a person at secondary or tertiary level not good?is anything bad about it? anyway if this people can be told the bad about falling in love and are allowed to fall in love can there be any problem?
