From morning to evening our fingers will be busy in various activities. From handling money, touching door knobs, and holding food Your nails may be as dirty as yours fingers as most of the dust and unclean particles find their place in the grooves of your nails From there they find their route into your mouth when you frequently bite your nails. Therefore, clean your hands and keep your nails clean
Eating Without Washing your Hands;
This is very commonly found in most of the people. You work hard and earn their food. But, miserably fail to get good out of it just because of having it without washing your hands. You do not consider it seriously but take it as custom or tradition which is really pinches. You should know your hands will be touching many articles, dirty surfaces, and people, If you eat without washing your hands you are moving the harmful bacteria from your hands to your mouth. It can reduce getting common infections like cold, influenza and viruses.
Eating Sweets and Starchy stuff without brushing;
sweets are generally alluring and mouth watering. But a little self-control can prevent bacteria from multiplying in your mouth Sugars used up by bacteria as energy and build up plaques which speed up tooth decay that again causes bad breath. Sugars, Starchy food or any other varieties that stuck up in your teeth will speed up the growth of bacteria in your mouth.
