First carbon negative country

Do you know which country is the first carbon negative country? I just watched a video in Facebook. It talk about the Bhutan. This country is the first carbon negative country. 72% of the country is still forested. Bhutan's forests absorb more carbon dioxide each year than it produces. It emits around 1.5 million tons of carbon dioxide annually and its forests absorb over 6 million tons. Wow! I like this country. It is no doubt that the nature and environment is good in Bhutan. But I heard that the internet connection is not so good there yet, so perhaps I may not like to live there. I may not get used to the life there.
