We call this 'maritangtang' or sea urchin? This can be easily found in the beach particularly where many sea grass is living. Previous years, this can normally be found when you want to taste some. Now, sea urchin need to be cultured and grown because it is also becoming less in numbers. Sea urchin is delicious. The white thing inside the shell is the edible one. Only small amount of it can be eaten. But some people are afraid of eating sea urchin specially those people who has high cholesterol.
