I Seriously Hate Dealing with Health Insurance Companies

We had to switch providers at work this year and, so far, I'm unimpressed with the company they went with (Oxford United Health).
A couple weeks ago, I received notice of one of our medical bills being rejected because we didn't have coverage (which we did). Then, when researching the issue, I learned our deductibles are all screwed up. They were supposed to be $2500 for individual family members and $5000 for the entire family. Instead, it was $4000 for both then, when I brought it up, they changed it to $5000 for both.
Normally, I would have more patience with this but my wife had to order her medicine, which is really expensive, and we ended up having to pay for the entire thing out of pocket. If the deductible hadn't been screwed up, we would have only paid a fraction of it. But, there wasn't much I could do about it, she's already gone without it for a month, I didn't want her to go any longer.
More and more, I'm becoming a fan of Universal Health Care. I would rather pay more in taxes than pay for insurance that never seems to cover what I need it to cover.
