It is almost 11 AM and I haven´t eaten a thing. This is the problem with mylot. I say I´ll read only one more post, but one thing leads to another.
I have ham and cheese. Maybe I should make a grilled cheese sandwich. With that I can get that hollow tummy feeling taken care of for some time.
Do you forget to eat when you mylot?

I will always remember to eat during Mylot time. The lack of food can affect the mood

I don´t forget to eat when Leticia is around. She makes brakfast and calls me. But when I´m alone, I eat an hour later at least.

I have many other things. But I normally wake up and I turn on the laptop and the TV. On a normal day all this would end when Leticia arrives and we have breakfast together.
When I´m alone, I postpone other things. As I live alone there´s not much I have to do if I don´t feel like it.
