I'm done doing the inventory for tomorrows order. Not bad and I still have items onhand that I need to sell. Hopefully package will delivered tomorrow morning so that I can give it to my customer who is waiting long enough for their orders to arrive. One thing I hate about this business is the courier. Sometimes it will take 4 days before your package to arrive. And the express days are two days only. Like I have no choice. Its the same process to any courier company so I will stick to this one I have. Do you have an issue with your chosen courier?

Couriers can make or break online business. Maybe you have to be extra friendly to them?

If you know that the delivery takes up to 4 days, and you know what your customers want, you might as well order more in advance. The risk is having items that nobody wants!

@JustBhem I can't say I've ever had an issue with whoever posts all the mail / packages but I have been annoyed with the person who is in charge of posting it. I've had a few people who sent items out late or didn't send them at all! So they basically took my money for me to get nothing. I'm more cautious nowadays.
