Why is there so much hate in the world today? And will it ever end?
The Bible says that in “the last days” many people would have “no natural affection.” In these “critical times, hard to deal with” that the Bible describes as “the conclusion of the system of things,” or in some Bibles, “the end times,” Jesus Christ foretold that “the love of the greater number will cool off.”
2 Timothy 3:1-5; Matthew 24:3, 12
So, what is the GOOD NEWS? Think about it. If these are truly “the last days,” it also means that this world of ungodly people will soon be replaced by a righteous “new world” which will be ruled by love.
Matthew 24:3-14; 2 Peter 2:5: 2 Peter 3:7, 13
Jesus Christ taught us to pray for “God’s Kingdom” to come and his “will to be done on earth, as it is in heaven.” Certainly, Jesus would not tell us to pray for something that would never happen, would he? What do you think?
God’s Kingdom is a REAL government, one that rules from heaven, with Jesus, himself, as the KING of that kingdom. Jesus, the “Prince of Peace” has been appointed, by his Father, to be its ruler.
Daniel 2:44 says that when this Kingdom begins to rule on earth, that it “will crush and put an end” to all the corrupt governments of this world and to all the wickedness in this hate-filled world.
At 1 John 2:17 we are told that “the world is passing away…but he that does the will of God remains forever.” The “world” that is passing away is the world of unrighteous mankind. Think about that. When the “world” was destroyed in the flood of Noah’s day, the earth itself was not destroyed, only those who didn’t get on the ark were destroyed.
And Noah was “a preacher of righteousness.” He WARNED the people of what was going to happen, but the Bible says, “they took no note, until the flood came and swept them all away, so the presence of the son of man will be.”
So, Jesus warns: “Keep on the watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord is coming.” He said, “on this account, prove yourselves ready, because at an hour that you do not think it to be, the Son of man is coming.” Matthew 24:34-44
People are also being warned today, but many don’t listen to the warnings, just like in the days of Noah.
Jesus said at Luke 17:26, “…just as it occurred in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of man…when Noah entered into the ark and the flood arrived and destroyed them all.” So, Jesus testified that the flood actually happened and he compared that to what will happen when God’s Kingdom reigns.
What will God’s new world be like? Do you want to live in that “new world? Stay tuned.

Jesus said: "All will know that you are my disciples if you have love among yourselves." Obviously, if we love others, we will not do anything that would bring harm to them or cause then any sadness.
