There are many exercises prescribe for weight loss. Further, the diet also plays an important role Fruit diet is one such diet that may be considered for weight loss along with exercises. How far it is useful and whether is it an ideal diet for weight loss? Let us see;
Fruits have high nutritious value, they are rich in fibre and more water which leave you feeling full for a long time. Once this effect goes off, you will feel hungry and go for more food that has the energy content which will have more sugar. To balance this sugar you need more vegetables and grains to burn this glucose.
Balanced Diet:
Fruits give you all kinds of nutrients. Hence, there is a need for the body to keep it's immunity in place and to keep it nourished with other food groups. Thus, there is a need to turn to other food groups. Remaining to or sticking to only one diet relating to only group is called fad diet. But, this does not give desired results.
Sustained weight loss:
The fruit diet will be rich in fibre and this fibre will be pushing more food through the digestive pipe faster and you will be consuming more and more fruits for a slimmer waist. Initially the results will be excellent. But, if this is not coupled with exercise you will gain all those kilos back once you stop the fruit diet.
Thus, there are many varieties of foods suitable for people depending on their body mechanism which they should choose wisely. The balanced diet works wonders and suits your metabolism rate and keeps it going with the influx of different kinds of foods.
