HOLY SMOKE! Here is one penis transplant that surely surprises everyone. I just read an article in the internet that a man of Asian descent from Vancouver, Canada, was the recipient of an 18-inch horse’ penis (not me, I don’t need it
). According to the article the man decided to have his teeny-weeny manhood replaced with a “horsehood” because women did not take him seriously.
According to the article the man said after the transplant - “I am not wasting any time. And I am not giving any warnings. I can’t wait to put this bad baby to work. Who will be laughing now, bi.ches?”

That sounds like a reverse way of giving birth. I am not sure if there is any person who is able to survive such thing. There is a viral video though were a woman fitted a whole soccerball inside her womanhood.
