Chocolate is the favorite of Grandma. Who does not like a chocolate. It is the love of all. The studies have reported that chocolate is good for health. Of course, not all chocolate. The dark chocolate only. why? The reasons are as follow;

This is true. I have a passion for chocolate, the dark kind. Stay away from milk chocolate and chocolate stuffed with fat and sugary products(caramel, nougat, etc). The value of chocolate is in the 'cacao' content which is the essence of it. The higher the cacao content, the better.
