If they are prepared with virgin coconut oil they will be even more healthy. Virgin coconut oil is actually speed up weight loss, lowers cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart attack. Walnuts: Walnuts are one of the suer foods. Only 1/4 of walnuts give you a feelkng of full. They are as affective as Olive oil in reucing inflammation and oxidation in the arteries. Ginger Chews: It not only activates your digestive juices, but also imrove the absorption of essential nutrients in the body and reuce nausea. It also helps incresing insulin sensitivity in patients. Dried Mangoes: These have limited catories and are super in taste.They are rich in polyphenol a nd they work on antioxidants. just take care not to buy mangoes without sulphites. They surely show asthma symptoms.

Every single thing you've mentioned is delicious. I have a huge love for coconut chips. They have the most unique flavor and to me are better than any junk food. I also have a slight addiction to walnuts.
