Its really big slump for an individual who is in mid of 40's losing the job with a wife and children. Yes,my friend who is working a private firm lost his job due to some issue . He is in debt too and hence the worry. None is there to support him and he is vigorously searching the job. His wife started scolding him and his daughter suffering a lot due to the dispute between them. However, I helped him to an extent but he keeps on crying.
what would be your solution to this issue till he gets another job

Scolding is not going to help at all. To find a new job one needs mental peace and focus. He should approach some good contacts who help him not with money only, but with job opportunities too. Must be having an area of expertise.

That is a very terrible situation that this individual is in. My father worked for 10 years at a company that shut down leaving him unemployed. They did put him through college though and he became a nurse. He did that for years until he had a stroke.

It is bad when you are single and young, I can only imagine what being married is like having a whole family to support.
