I am Not Well - Stiff Neck

Since 2 days I am not able to look down. To be precise, when you sit on ur desktop and look at your keyboard - u look down. This particular action I am not able to complete. I have a stiff neck. Even one of my client is waiting for my articles and I am not able to work on it.

You can apply some liniment or do some slight massage to ease it. What could be the cause of your stiff neck? Hope you'll be fine soon.
