coffee makes me awake until 4:30 am / myLot

drinking coffee makes me awake and alive. i was drinking roasted coffee last night, and it makes me awake until 4:30 in the morning. and i have only 4 hours sleep. and now when i wake up, i am still not sleepy, i don't usually drink coffee, i don't know what 's on my mind why i drink this.

I am a coffee drinker. I like the taste of a brewed coffee. The problem is, I don't feel sleepy whenever I drink this. I guess I am immune to it.lol

That is the effect of coffee especially when you drink it at late afternoon or in the evening, you can't have a sleep or you can sleep late.

@stephjoy I've experience that many times when I forget the effect of drinking coffee late in the afternoon or even in night time and also sodas, they have the same effect, we can't sleep so easily.

@ida123 yes you are right. i remember when i am in food diet. i was drinking a strong coffee in the evening. i cant sleep for 2 days. its very terrible.

It is 12:47 PM here and I already had two coffees until now and I will probably drink two more until midnight. It keeps me awake very good. What are you doing to 4:30 in the morning, write?

Yes, I write here in mylot and do some research. I still havn't sleepy.and wide awake
