Can I post relevant pictures downloaded from internet when posting a discussion? I wanted to know if it is allowed or only original pictures are allowed.I don't want to violate any mylot rules.

As long as the images are within the public domain, you can. Don't use any images that have a copyright to them.

I believe you want to just post your own photos or you run the risk of copyright infringement. Seems like this is a little bit of a grey area however.

Yep as what they've mentioned as long as the image is free from copyright, then you can use the image

you can upload your own or from public domain sites that are not copyrighted and allowed for commercial use like pixabay
