Last day of school celebration

Today is the last day of school. It is only two hours. My kids will be home at 10 am which is less then 45 minutes from now. I have been here at mylot since they left for school as I know I will not have much internet time over the summer. I will have withdrawl lol
I am so excited for them to be out for the summer. I cannot wait for them to get home. I just finished my coffee and a load of laundry. That is all I will have time for until later tonight.
When they get home we will be getting ready for a fun day out. I am planning to take them to a pizza place and maybe watch a movie then go to get ice cream. I am so excited. I am probably more excited then my kids. You have no idea how much I love getting to have them home with me to do fun things with all summer!

Thank you! I love having them home. I wish all year for summer so we can do fun things together. I can understand when parents want a break from their children but I really love when I see other parents who truly enjoy spending so much time with their children like myself.

That is wonderful and I completely understand about not being here as often, I'll miss you. The kids are probably home by now, so go and have fun, we will still be here when you come back.

I am having a relaxing night. I am too tired to paint the ceiling in the spots that need to be redone but that can wait until tomorrow. My daughter went to my sisters house to spend the night with her daughter around 6 pm. My son is playing a new playstation game he got so I am getting time to use the computer.

@Carmelanirel2 We do all different things. I have a lot of things I am thinking of doing but have only narrowed it down specially to a new zoo. The rest will be as we go along and see what events are scheduled for what days then I will decide what our plans will be.

My son had a good time but my daughter was such a grump. She really got on my nerves badly by dinner time. She was being very disrespectful and rotten. After I bought her a new tablet for $175 you would think she would be more appreciative. I can see this tablet getting taken away before she even gets to use it a few days with this rotten attitude she is showing me. I will not have her spoiling the summer. I am thinking of ways to punish her tomorrow lol. She wants to sit home on her new tablet all day. I think before I let her use it I will make her take a walk up the road to the cemetery to find a letterbox. She will be furious lol.

Why do you not get here before 1pm? I usually start here at mylot as soon as I get up to try and catch up. I get busy throughout the day and then I am not as active. I will be very busy in the summer so it will be hard to get time to be here as much. I will take whatever free time I have to enjoy a few minutes here and there at mylot. My daughter is at a sleepover right now and my son is on the playstation 3 so I've been mylotting.
