Smart Price is how far safe for online buying

Hi Mylot Friends, I know this site since long time, but I do not know how far it is safe for on line buying products. I have experience with ebay, Amazon, Snapdeal and India Times shopping site. These above mentioned sites are somewhat safe for buying but what about this Smart Price site, kindly share your experience with this site
