Do you believe that your sleeping posture will tell a lot about you ?

It was fun to know that Psychologist have found that our sleeping posture will tell a lot about our life or our personality as well. It is fun to see those reports and interesting result from those studies. However, is it reliable or is it just another Psychologist tricks, I really don't know, Anyway, I am always sleep with my face upward since my shoulder have been twisted and wounded. Although I always sleep well but it doesn't mean that I want to turn to my right or left. It very hurts if I do that. In case.like this, I don't know what the Psychologist can say about my sleeping posture then. What is your opinion towards sleeping posture, share with us ?

As far as I know Sleeping position or sleeping posture can affect our health. I am a stomach sleeper. In psychology, stomach sleeping is widely regarded as the worst sleeping position. It flattens the natural curve of the spine, which can lead to lower back pain. I am also a side sleeper sometimes. I think our sleeping position doesn't matter, as long as we can sleep well and wake up better.

Posture in the picture you shared is very funny. I have read one such report in newspaper too..but most of us don't sleep in one position through out night. Then how can we decide which posture are we sleeping?

I always sleep on my right side and my dr said that is good as I have diverticularitis so this keeps my intestines in good order
