God is good. God is great. He has blessed me many times over. I am a negligent daughter in that I forget to thank Him for all the blessings he has bestowed on me. Even when a day feels like it can’t get any worse, I know if I stop and think about it, I can find something to be thankful for. I write in a journal daily and often list my blessings as a reminder to myself. I would like to share a few of the blessings I’ve received this week with you. This Week’s Blessings: I make magnets for my Zazzle Store, His Word Sticks. They’re Bible verses set on photos that I’ve accumulated over the years. When I started the store I didn’t expect to make any money on it. I just like making them. Well yesterday I received notification that someone bought, fifty-five magnets. They were all the same verse so I’m assuming they’re for a retreat or some other gathering. It really made me feel good. My last day of work was Tuesday. It was bittersweet, but I held the tears at bay. Bible study resumed last night. Rather than delve into another book in the Bible, we’re reading Max Lucado’s book Before Amen. I packs a powerful punch. I’m really glad we’re studying it. Published another short story on Kindle. It uploaded without a glitch. I went to the dentist yesterday. I had two fillings that were crumbling. I dreaded it, but I was in and out in twenty-five minutes. Today’s Bible Verse: And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep His love is. Ephesians 3:18
