What is your best natural slimming routine?

After i gave birth to my first baby my body totally changed. I do exercise weekly because of my busy days. I am looking for a natural or intake that will lessen my fats.

I eat double than normal women in my country yet i don't gain as much weight as most of them does. In face I was skinnier when I was pregnant than I am now and my son is already 12 years old. However, I am a very active person. I like swimming, snorkelling as much as I can (but doesn't rarely happen), I am lazy to exercise but I do go on a road bike at least 25km at a maximum speed of 35-40kmph. I never take any slimming supplements. Nor do i go on a diet. But I am slim.

Natural is good. Like before i took slimming pills but i dont recommend at all. I got slimmer but i dont like my skin its too dull and it aged me. Im ny free time i had to go to the park w my child and play w him that i think it helps me a lot

Stop taking anything with sugar, unless the sugar are naturally in the fruits and vegetables. That means no more tea with sugar, ice cream, cake and anything else that has sugar except for fruits and vegetables. Stop taking rice if possible, because rice converts to sugar.

I always sip green tea and simehow it helps, take note no sugar. But having a constipation in it.

You're right that exercise is the best slimming regimen. But I think weekly exercise may not be sufficient. You should try to exercise more often. It need not be a strenuous one. Just some brisk walking everyday will do wonders. Also you must watch what you eat.

Warm water with lemon before breakfast and plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise preferably cardio and try to sleep early.
