No, it doesn't. If you didn't read about it here in the Terms or Guidelines or FAQ sections, then it likely isn't true.

@te2000 Years ago, myLot used to have a referral program, and they also paid you to use their search bar, and a few other things, but now, excepts for the 'offers' section (which I don't recommend) the only way to earn is through interaction you receive from other users to anything you write.
