Anger is a reaction to a particular situation. There is no person who has not burstes out at any time. There are less people who could control their anger without any reaction. When a person is angry he can not show empathy towards a person doing two different things at a time. But, following some techniques one could keep himself under control and can avoid an unpleasant situation. First ,step to solve a problem is recognizing that you have one. The problem here is that people not agree blindly believe that they are on the right and budge on their views. Getting someone to acknowledge their anger problem is a herculean task. Do not use words like, wrong, false and should not as you are totally unaware when a Volcano erupts. Always use positive words like 'think about it again', 'I may be wrong but is there any other solution to this problem? When you know that you got this anger problem Knowing that you may enter into an argument note down all points that you feel strongly about and discuss Reports say that neurological anger response lasts less than two seconds. Once you realize that how much your anger is consuming your mind, decide to free your mind with meditation and other calming exercises. In the worst situation count 1-10 and 10-1 to calm yourself or simply decide not to speak to avoid an unpleasant situation or leave the scene acknowledging that people and issues do not deserve your anger, emotion or reaction. ,

When I'm angry I choose to be alone and to inhale and exhale until my mood goes good again

I respond to my anger by walking away though some people think I don't have a valid argument thats why I m running away.Sometimes I go for a walk just to vent out my feelings of aggression. Btw its a nice topic to discuss in present scenario when people are getting angry very quickly over very small things.
