Leadership is quite difficult. One has to develop a tough skin in order to lead a group or even a city. People depend on leaders to demonstrate good leadership qualities and it's not always easy for a leader to do. Their every move is eyeballed. There's some great leaders who we can relate to. There's civil rights activists, Presidential Leaders, Governors. Administrators, Spiritual Leaders, Youth, and Advocates. There's so many areas in leadership.
There was Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, John F.Kennedy, Medgar Evers. Muhammad Ali is also a leader. He's one who never held back. He spoke his mind and meant what he said. Today we have Rev. Al Sharpton, Joe Biden, and some may not even consider Ray Lewis as being a leader. He fits in a different category of course but he's a leader. There's some that have contributed a greater impact than others. Leaders have to be willing to take a stand on issues they're passionate about. Leadership requires that one be willing to assist others.
