When should You eat fruits?

There are many who are scaring people on the Internet with statements and posts that fruits should be eaten on so and so time only. There are some myths about eating fruits which are;
There are people who say that fruits should be eaten on empty stomach which is partially true.There are no additional benefits of eating fruits on an empty stomach.
It can help aid weight loss if true only when you fill yourself with lesser calories along with your meals.
If you mix fruits with your meals it leads to bloating.The argument is that the fruits digest quickly than food and mixing the two leads to side effects which is totally not true.If the stomach is unable to digest mixed meals we would not be able to digest most of the foods as most of our meals would be a combination of many minerals, vitamins, and carbohydrates.
There is also another statement that the fruits should be eaten after meals. It has to be kept in mind that the fruits are high in sugar content.If they are eaten after a meal, the sugar feeds bacteria and contributes to the fermentation in the stomach that produces HCL (hydrochloric Acid) to break down the food. This is a hostile environment and does not let the food stay long enough for bacteria to reproduce.
Eating fruits at the wrong time produces gas in the stomach is totally absurd as gas is produced by the Colon and not the Stomach.
Fruits are a great source nutrition and to know which fruit is suitable for you and it should be taken, it is better to consult a doctor instead of being carried away by the statements of Internet bloggers.
