Ever you see CAMEL ! / myLot

When visiting the Zoo , So surprised to see a giant animal here, the camels. I see camel in pictures and Tv only, never thought of Camel. These camel look so sad and not happy, but human try to change their lifestyle lo. I heard them cried, we want to go home {desert]

Will they survive and making new generatons

i am researching on camel milk so i frequently visit camel farms to get the milk samples.

Great info, I never think of it. How do you handle the milk then ?

we collect fresh camel under clean conditions in sterile containers and quickly store them in ice untill it gets transported to the lab, where after further sterilization the milk samples are preserved at -80 degree celcius till further use.

I have seen camels in person, a farm down the road from me in Florida had two of them for a few years. they are not there now must have them on another farm they own. my sister and I used to stop by to see them and talk to them.

We have camels at the large zoo in our state capitol, too. It's our family tradition to take the kids there for one of their birthdays each year. When we went last time, we splurged and got the expensive day passes that let us do all sorts of things like feed the stingrays and ride the camels. The camels there seemed happy. It's too bad that the ones you saw weren't.

I have only seen a camel in a zoo. They don't run around free in Canada or the US. That is why ( or one of the reasons) we sometimes are called the Ugly Americans..
