If you work online as a writer or blogger then you already know how difficult it is. We must find ways to drive traffic to our reads and that may take some effort. Sometimes we'll have to hit that share button. No one will know a writer or blogger exist if they don't put in effort to make themselves know. How would way gain views if they didn't find ways to generate views? Administrators won't perform those tasks. It's up to writers and bloggers to generate the traffic for their work and for the site. If one is unwilling to share other writers and bloggers posts then perhaps they're willing to share their own. Just a thought!
