Even today there exist people who believe in witchcraft in the world.There are also people who persecute folks who are believed to be guilty of dabbling in Sorcery/witchcraft. Unfortunately most of these countries are in Africa, the Pacific, and Latin America. The following are the countries who condmn to death who practice sorcery or Witch Craft. Saudi Arabia: The Govt., is actually having an anti-witchcraft unit. Tanzania:Albinos in Tanzania face widespread persecution as their body parts are good for magical potions.About 600 women were done to death during 2011. All were charged of doing witchcraft. Gambia: It's Dictator Jammeh started eradicating people who get in his way and uses witch hunting for his actions. He had 1,000 sorcerers arrested and drank their potion and at least 6 people died in this torture ritual. Nepal : The Govt., strongly urged its people not to let shamans and healers cloud their jugement and decisions if these result in innocent lives being lost.
