I think if you don't want to throw them to somebody , you can definitely use a dozen of eggs in a more constructive ways. For sure I will first consider to cook some good food with these amount for eggs. I think I can use 5 of them to make some great eggs salad and the other half dozen for making dessert with some flour, milk , butter and sugar as well. I can use the only one leave to boiled it first. When it is well done, I can cool it down and starting to print some funny arts on it. That's it. How about you ? Share with us ?

Something people don't realize is that you can keep a dozen eggs in the refrigerator for 6 months without them spoiling @wildlittlefan . The only reason eggs spoil is that left in one position in the refrigerator, all the mass of the egg drops to the bottom of the shell creating air at the top (because egg shells are porous); which is what spoils the egg. If people remember to turn the carton upside down once a week, they won't spoil. For those who have a refrigerator with a small shelf where single eggs are placed; just flip them upside down too. I should know, I had an organic farm with lots of chickens.

There are so many uses for eggs. They could be poached, , boiled, fried, you could make omelette, use them in cakes, desserts.

I eat a hard boiled egg every morning and my nails keep growing like crazy. The protein helps with that. I also like egg nog as my mom use to make that all the time when I was growing up.
