10 Things...

Don't worry, this isn't a top 10 list lol! I happen to have a few mental issues, one of them being OCD. To keep myself productive, yet not overwhelmed, I am limiting my to do list to 10 things. If I cross one off, I can add another, but not until then. My head is all over the place today (thank you mania), but I don't want the day to get away from me because my littles come back tonight, and I want to make sure that I have at least accomplished a few things before they do.
I have this weird thing where I count everything. If I'm doing dishes, I count the dishes. If I'm climbing stairs, I count the stairs. If I'm waiting for a date to come, I count the days. You get the idea. That also helps to keep me productive. My head seems to get sidetracked often, so I keep counting and make sure to get to a certain number before I change tasks.

My eldest granddaughter has a mild form of OCD. Some pills she takes have helped her a lot.

I have OCD too. It used to be worse but somehow I found a way to make it less painful and not wasting all my time focusing on it. The only OCD I still need to figure out is my hand washing. I'm taking too long washing my hands good thing it's summer otherwise my hands will be dry from over washing.
