Trying to be girly

I'm happy I bought a set of nail cleaning stuffs. It's my first time to do my manicure and pedicure alone. I'm just inspired on how others do it because I see lots of videos online and I'm amazed. It was like make up. Cuz I don't know how to put on make up.
I'm not a girly type of girl. Though of course, I like my nails to look fabulous, I rather go to salon or nail spa to get it all done than me doing it. I'm just happy that I will start doing my own nails today. Hope it will turn out as good as what I can see online. ha ha
Are you a girly type ? And boys does it matter if your girls can do their own nails ?

I was already married when I learned how to put makeup on. I never learned to do my nails though and I prefer the gel nail polish. Always go to the salon for that.

I never tried the gel nail polish. My sister told me that is way better than using the usual nail polish because it takes longer period of time before it looks odd.
But I like to change my nail polish color every week or 2 weeks that's why I never try that. Maybe I will try that if today's result is negative. And I'll say "I will never do my own nails again" ha ha
I hope it won't happen though. lols

@zaga_cleuth gel nail polish don't easily get damaged but your fingernails get longer every single day which means you have to change your gel nail polish every week or so.

the funny thing is, after doing 3 nails i feel like quitting.
But anyways, i finished my manicure and pedicure. But not as good as salon. ha ha

I feel the same. I use t shirts and pajamas than dress and shorts. And do a lot of sports for boys like basketball.

I think I ruined my feet. ha ha. I will never do my own pedicure again. Cuz it's hard for me to bow down. My neck and my back hurts afterwards.

@zaga_cleuth Very true and that's the reason why I won't do it by myself, I know on how to clean my toes and my fingers clean but the fact that we're going to bend, our back and neck will hurt.

I see. I remember my mom. She said the same thing before when she's alive. She's always telling me that she will rather buy food for us than go to salon. Or do the house chores etc.
