Reading a person

We all say and believe that looks can be deceiving, the person may be extremely good in looks but at same time with cruel mindset. Being said that, what can be the most accurate way to judge a person?
What I mean to say is, we all assume that eyes always speak the truth. Our eyes are very honest and can hardly mislead.
Similarly, which are other personality traits which can expose hidden you?

There are people who can act very well and can control how their eyes would look in front of others. Sometimes it would take years to really know the real person. Sometimes it also takes a difficult situation to happen to know a real person.

@Umesh_K I wear dark classes especially when I'm sad because I could deceive people with my happy voice but I could never deceive them with my lonely eyes. However, I can control myself from crying in front of the public. I don't like showing people my tears. I want to be their strength and showing them my tears would only make them feel weak too.

What I had heard, that in movie Matrix, everyone is wearing dark glasses, so that emotions can be controlled infront of camera.

I don't think if eyes can always really speak the truth. There maybe just an instance but depends on the situation. I believe that no one given the right to judge a person by just simply looking at him/her.
