The simple answer is 'Yes'. They do wear toe rings.The reason especially to wear in India is that there is lot of heat in the second finger from the toe of the feet. So to reduce that heat they do wear toe rings. Even from the health point of view it improves the fertility and well being of the women

I've learned something new, I had never heard that a toe ring would protect you from heat or have anything to do with fertility. Very interesting.
