A report from the Rotoworld website said on Monday the Arizona Diamondbacks have activated from the 15 day disabled list outfielder David Peralta.
Peralta had not been on the starting lineup of the Diamondbacks since May 8 with inflammation of his right wrist.
Peralta had been placed on the 15 day disabled list since May 15 which was retroactive to May 9, 2016.
Peralta played in two games for the Reno Aces which is the AAA minor league team of the Diamondbacks since June 1.
To make room for Peralta on the Diamondbacks 25 man active roster, the Diamondbacks have demoted right handed relief pitcher Silvino Bracho to their AAA minor league team the Reno Aces.
Bracho had pitched six innings as a relief pitcher for the Diamondbacks giving up six runs even though five of them were earned.
The Diamondbacks will be hosting the Tampa Bay Rays in a three game series starting tonight in Phoenix Arizona.

Peralta is a starter so the DBacks are glad he is back.

You are correct John. Having your best players on the field gives the Diamondbacks a better chance of winning games.
