That is why I like Ballpark Angus franks. Since I am trying to minimize my beef intake this month, I will be purchasing the franks that are made of pork and chicken meat, not beef. But I can do without the Nitrates or Nitrites. They are coming out with nitrite or nitrate free dogs.
