Do pick-up lines work at all?

I don't like pickup lines. I'm sure there are a few I might not object to. Overall, pickup lines seem fake, as if the person doesn't have anything of himself to show and has to make something up to get your attention. A simple "hello", "how are you", "the weather is great today" would go a lot further with me.

That would depend on the follow up of the PUA (pick up artist).

I believe that a good deliver of a pick-up line actually works. If you deliver it correctly you can start a good conversation with that person. :)

It depends on how the punch line delivered. I am sure majority of women love a person who is joker.

I wonder why some people laugh at it and I think it's a joke. Hahaha.
