Can't convert MYR currency to other currency in paypal

I'm still not understand why MYR currency still not in the list for currency which is can convert to other currency in paypal. It is useless deposit MYR in paypal because can't convert to USD, EURO, GBP or other currency. If in paypal no balance only can use debit card or credit card to pay something if it is in other currency.

I transfer pay pal $ to may bank, I use may bank ATM buy through paypal. You can add money to paypal at least $50 from RHB online banking.

If i add money to paypal at least $50 from RHB online banking it can turn MYR to USD?
