Rainy season about to start

Rains are too delayed with times.Now it rains from June end to September end.Think result of excess pollution.

It's really weird that we're experiencing rain daily now. It's June and it's supposed to be the hottest month of the year but instead it's been raining so much that some areas where I live are experiencing flash flood.
