I do want solar inverter so as to save electricity bills. Which one will you suggest solar or normal inverter and why?

An inverter is an inverter. There is no such thing, really, as a specifically 'solar' inverter. Of course, the input voltage and power must match what your solar array and storage batteries deliver and the output voltage and AC waveform must be what you require.
