Could someone who is serving a life-sentence find meaning in his life?

I don't know, it would be very hard to find meaning again or be truly happy.

First of all if they committed a crime and that's the reason why they are in prison.Being in prison is in their fate which they have to accept.now its upto them whether they want to spend their rest of the life happily in prison or not. They don't have any option left.At least they can lessen the weight of their crime by leading their life happily in the prison so that their weighing machine doesn't answer god against them.

I can't imagine the situation because I can't go in. May be their have to be happy lo, but freedom they have lost.

I think it is hard for them to imagine things like that but they have no choice but to live their lives fully, hidden and unhappy. That's the choice they made by doing wrong. My opinion.

It really all depends on the person. I would have to say that yes, some could find happiness somewhere along the lines. Circumstances are not always the same, but there are people I have done research on that have remorse, and have very slim hope that they will be given a second chance, but if not then they are content with what they have now. It's a 50/50 chance for everyone, but I know that it is a possibility.
