Our local supermarket sell gift cards for other stores and whenever we spend £10 on a gift card we get a voucher for 1p of every litre of fuel we buy.
It is a good deal and we have saved a fair amount of our fuel bill so far.
We wanted a tv from Argos and so I got the vouchers (£100) from Morrisons supermarket and a voucher for 10p off every litre of fuel.
We went to Argos today and we found out that there was a problem with the cards.
We plan to go back later and try again .....did they just need longer to be activated ?
Otherwise it is a journey to the supermarket to get things put right.
The receipt says card activated so I hope it is ok !!!
What a bother !

Once it's activated in the supermarket you should be able to use it immediately, I would have thought. Hope you don't have too many troubles sorting it out!

That is a huge inconvienence that the receipt said activated but it did not work. They have to activate it when purchased or else if it's sitting on the wall activated many will steal it.
