Hello everybody! Do all of you have a job now? Do all of you love your job? For me, I don't like my work and I can't communicate with my workmates. For my baby, I gave up my previous work and I had stayed at home for more than 2 years. Now, my mother-in-law stays at home to take care of my baby, so I found my job. Now I want to give up this job.

@lovelymom _Since your job in HR involves overseeing employee's regulatory compliance and other employee-related services, perhaps they are keeping a respectful distance from you because you are too strict?
