Think of famous Vigan-- The Heritage City and the synonym would be Vigan Longanisa popularity. In the Luzon Philippines, The sausage that is so likable in the breakfast of the Filipino. Unlike other sausages, longanisa made in Vigan is not that sweet and cheesy. Think of garlic, lots of garlic in the sausage. So when you cooked it, the aroma would roam around the house until all could not wait to be in the table. The spice of pepper and the garlic. Some prefer this eating lone but many would also consider to pair it with tomato, a bit of vinegar and pair this with sunny side up egg. Have you heard about Vigan Longanisa?

i had one of those today but it didnt come from Vigan though. i love it with vinegar and white rice. perfect for breakfast..

oh no, not salty hands, the city government is strict with regards to their preparation because it goes with the name of the sausage.
