how generate Chi Energy with hand palm

I need some help how to generate Chi energy from hand to heal my self , any method of developing
it any materiel u can suggest me I try it my hand palm are holding Chi energy
less time and i can fell the Force of repletion and fell movement of energy while move but for less time me get distracted and loosing it

I have been trying this myself I have found this lady on youtube and I love some of her videos I actaully tried this method for the first time last nite with some great results. She break's things down to where you can understand. Also try buring some sage or sage incense to keep you focus. Here is this link

I wouldn't say Chi energy exists at all. Have you any evidence for this. It sounds much more like hippie mumbo-jumbo than actual science.
If you have some illness do not put yourself in the hands (sorry for the pun) of someone claiming he has magical method for healing.
