Well, giving birth to a baby is one of the most challenging part of a women's life. It takes lost of guts to deliver the baby. But being pregnant means lots of food and consequently weight gain. My baby is 9 months old. I gained almost 10 kgs but am unable to get rid of those extra kilos as am occupied with the baby. From past 2 days, I have started walking. I walk for about 5 km. How long do you think will it take for me to reduce 2 kgs? Did you follow any regime to reduce those extra weight? Do you think walking helps? Any idea how to tighten the loose tummy muscles?

Nothing to worry about, just watch your diet , include a lot of fiber and walk. If you maintain this you will surely lose some weight.,

You can try curl ups for tighting the abdominal muscles. Diet and exercise are the perfect combination.
