I wish survey compines would wake some people only have smart phones

Ok what am I talking about? I been giving
Survey a try. But here my big problem after
Luke ten minutes. It say sorry this device
Can not be use for surveys. Well I do not have
WI-FI at home. I also know that other people just use their smart phones to like I am doing.
The survey companies if they wake up
Will get more people to do survey if they are using their phone.

Do not qualified they still give people
A few points which is my goal to get money.
But when it say can not do survey on this device
Use other one then I just wasted my time.
Because if I am using my phone.That means
I do not have WI-FI were I am at that time.
