Boring life if nothing to do at all just sitting.

ha ha If we doing mylot then it is not simply sitting right. Being lazy and simply sitting is so tough.

If you can't sit ideal that means you are dynamic person and you love to do activities. I can sit for hours and hours if there is internet but I can't sit without doing anything either.

There is this saying that when a person can't sit still with his thoughts, it means that he is bored with himself. I think that doing nothing every once in a while is a healthy exercise.

@sunilparthan Actually sitting still would not be good because of physical problems like poor circulation and muscle pain. But I really don't think that is what you were trying to convey, was it?
