purchasing a flat

I have planned to purchase a flat and contacted the bank officials. They asked for some documents which I have submitted except the one which I have to receive from the builder. But, due to the bifurcation of the state it is being delayed. Now, the builder has turned away his face and asking for some more time. The bank officials when contacted unable to sort out the problem and are not making the things easy as it is a problem beyond anybody's control.
Have you face such problem ever?

Nope not still because I am still planning to purchase home but later.
Need to settle in career and then accumulate amount this the strategy.

there is no charm in purchasing it after 50. No one needs it after 50.

But, it is all due to the policy decision of the govt., which can not be taken up in a court of law. They will say that I am not the only sufferer.
