Again the cruel Rapist is living happily

I hate to read news papers - Today again i saw a news that a 22 year old girl has been raped and killed. Is there no law to prevent this? Do we are educated and really have a culture? I feel shame on myself for being the part of this society.

We had a similar news here too, when they were the only passengers left, they were robbed and raped. Kinda remind me of that same event back in 2002. the eight suspects were arrested but the lives of the two students will never be the same.

This is a sad news. I hope the suspect will get caught and pay for what he had done.
