I work from home, so I keep stress to a minimum. But sometimes I also work for a college, assisting students with their notes....and I do get a little antsy and nervous the night before....like, what if I can't sleep or something? What if I can't drive because I'm too tired? What if I can't assist my student properly because I didn't get enough rest the night before and then I'll be all groggy and confused??

Needless to say, I try to work from home as much as possible. For the sake of my own sanity.

This is the best way of getting oneself diverted. I generally pay table tennis.
